Instructional Design

The purpose of this design document was to create a course to provide stress management training to employees in order to minimize burnout rates.

This storyboard was designed to provide employees and staff members with healthy coping strategies to minimize stress, aid them in identifying unhealthy responses to stressors, and assist them with listing the 4 steps of cognitive reframing.

The purpose of this design document was to train learners how to use the best interviewing strategies to become better interviewers, efficiently hire the best candidate, and minimize the negative experience during the interview process.

The purpose of this storyboard was designed to streamline the interview process outlining a four-step timeline and identify four interview strategies.
